Certified Forest Therapy VIA G.i.f.t. (Global institute of forest therapy)

Guided Forest Bathing Walks with Andrea - Sundays Starting April 30 2023

What is Forest Bathing?

Forest Bathing is the practice of connecting your senses to nature through a slow paced eco-therapy excursion. Originating in Japan in the 1980s, Shinrin-Yoku literally translates as "forest bathing" and was developed to help people experience a sense of overall well being, slowing down by living in the present moment and immersing oneself in the sights and sounds of a natural setting of the "more than human world".

Benefits of Forest Bathing

There are scientifically proven health benefits when time is spent surrounded by nature.

Even a small amount of time in nature can have a positive impact on our health.

Some proven health benefits include lowering of stress, reduction of blood pressure, lifting depression, improving abilities of concentration & memory and boosting of the immune system by increasing the body's natural killer cells.

Maple H2O

Maple H2O

Maple H2O aka "Maple Water" the tapped untapped resource!

Maple Water is sustainably harvested sap from maple trees which is filtered and sterilized, providing a refreshing, and nutrient rich beverage option. It's low in sugar (half the sugar of coconut water) as well as low in calories, supports a healthy immune system, hydrates faster than plain water (great for post-workout recovery) and full of plant powered nutrients (electrolytes, antioxidants, probiotics).

Other great benefit - it's locally sourced in Brock Township, with a small environmental footprint.

Send us email (below) for more information.
