What is Forest Bathing?
Forest Bathing is the practice of connecting your senses to nature through a slow paced eco-therapy excursion. Originating in Japan in the 1980s, Shinrin-Yoku literally translates as "forest bathing" and was developed to help people experience a sense of overall well being, slowing down by living in the present moment and immersing oneself in the sights and sounds of a natural setting of the "more than human world".
